How can I delete my account?

We respect your privacy and provide simple ways to request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated data.

Option 1: Through the Driver Application

You can delete your Driver account at any time directly within the mobile application. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the DaME PoN Driver app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to the side menu and select your Profile.
  3. Scroll down to locate the Delete Account option.
  4. Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the mobile app or prefer to make a manual request, you can send an email to:

driver@damepon.com

Please make sure to include the following details in your message:

  • Your full registered name.
  • Your registered mobile phone number.
  • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your driver account.

What happens after requesting deletion?

  • Deactivation: Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log into the application.
  • Data Deletion: We will permanently purge your personal profile details, ride histories, and account credentials from our active systems within 7 business days.
  • Legal Retention: Certain billing or transaction records may be retained as required under local taxation and compliance laws, after which they will be fully anonymized or permanently deleted.
