How can I delete my account?
We respect your privacy and provide simple ways to request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated data.
Option 1: Through the User Application
You can delete your Customer account at any time directly within the mobile application. Follow these steps:
- Open the DaME PoN app on your mobile device.
- Go to the main menu or tap on your profile icon.
- Select Settings / Account.
- Tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the mobile app or prefer to make a manual request, you can send an email to:
Please make sure to include the following details in your message:
- Your full registered name.
- Your registered mobile phone number.
- A clear statement requesting the deletion of your user account.
What happens after requesting deletion?
- Deactivation: Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log into the application.
- Data Deletion: We will permanently purge your personal profile details, ride histories, and account credentials from our active systems within 7 business days.
- Legal Retention: Certain billing or transaction records may be retained as required under local taxation and compliance laws, after which they will be fully anonymized or permanently deleted.
