Policies regarding driver earnings adjustments and cancellation fees.

Refund Policy (Driver)

Effective Date: 12/03/2025

1. DRIVER EARNINGS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Earnings are based on completed trips.
  • If a passenger cancels after the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply in favor of the driver.

2. PASSENGER REFUND SCENARIOS

If a driver is a no-show, the passenger receives a full refund and the driver earns nothing for that request.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW

Go to Help & Support in the app to dispute an earning deduction within 72 hours.
