Refund Policy (Driver)

1. DRIVER EARNINGS & CANCELLATIONS
- Earnings are based on completed trips.
- If a passenger cancels after the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply in favor of the driver.
2. PASSENGER REFUND SCENARIOS
If a driver is a no-show, the passenger receives a full refund and the driver earns nothing for that request.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW
Go to Help & Support in the app to dispute an earning deduction within 72 hours.
